PURPOSE: A credit card payment system is provided to allow a user to receive an oil cost discount service at all the affiliated gas station when the user pays the oil with a credit card. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises several steps. An affiliated gas station transmits credit card payment data, read from the credit card at a credit card processing terminal, to a credit card company(S1). The credit card company checks the transmitted credit card payment data for determining whether the owner of the credit card is a discount service member(S2). If the owner of the credit card is a discount service member, the credit card company checks a business category of the affiliated gas station(S3), checks a daily payment limit of the credit card(S4), calculates a discount amount and generates a sale cancellation operation(S5). Then, the credit card company transmits an original transaction specification and the sale cancellation specification to a payment server(S6). The payment server subtracts the sale cancellation amount from the original payment amount, and sends a payment request sheet to the owner of the credit card(S7).
