The fixture arrangement for a cutting board (18) on a kitchen work surface has cavities (17) in its under side, in which suction heads (12) are fixed in a sprung manner. The suction heads, after they have adhered to the kitchen work surface, are withdrawn into the cavities, so that the cutting board under side makes contact with the kitchen work surface. The fixture devices comprises a bush screed into each cavity with inner and outer (3) threads. The inner thread can accommodate a nut, which has an outer thread, so that a space is formed with a hole, in which a screw can be moved for activation of a spring which surrounds it. The screw free end is provided with a thread on to which the suction head can be screwed.
