PURPOSE: A gas boiler is provided to increase efficiency by supplying gas and air coming in through gas and air inlets to a burner in a state sufficiently mixed in a gas-mixing chamber and completely absorbing combustion heat through an integrated heat exchange part. CONSTITUTION: A gas boiler comprises a mixing part(100) in which incoming air and gas are mixed; a combustion part(200) arranged to the upper side of the mixing part, to burn the mixed gas supplied by the mixing part by a burner; a heat exchange part(300) delivering heat of combustion generated during combustion to a water pipe part for water supply and heating; and an exhaust part(400) forming an exhaust fan to forcibly discharge exhaust gas. The combustion part is disposed to the upper part of a side of the mixing part. The heat exchange part is disposed to the vertical lower side of the combustion part. The exhaust part is disposed to the lower side of the heat exchange part.
