Each elongated raceway base element has top and bottom edges (22,24) integrally molded with back wall (25) of the base. Integrally molded dividers (42,44) define a central channel (29) by dividing base top and bottom channels (26,28). Elongated raceway cover (30) coupled to base, close the center channel. A shelf defining door (32) is coupled to the divider and the base by a hinged portion of flexible material (31). The elongated raceway cover (30) has marginal edges (70b,70c) interacting with marginal edges (22b,24c) of elongated raceway base to close the center channel (29) which is defined by integrally molded dividers (42,44).
