RESIN COMPOSITION FOR HOUSE

PURPOSE: A resin composition for a house is provided, to allow the transparency to be changed according to the small change of temperature (or weather), thereby allowing the inside temperature of a house to be controlled automatically. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a resin blend comprising a polyethylene resin and a poly(vinyl acetate) in the ratio of 95:5 to 70:30 by weight; and 1-5 parts by weight of a compatibilizer selected from the group consisting of a poly(ethylene-vinyl acetate) copolymer and a poly(ethylene-vinyl alcohol) copolymer. The resin composition has a low critical solution temperature(LCST) of 20-25 deg.C.
