PURPOSE: A source driver circuit of a TFT LCD for reducing a slew rate is provided to reduce the slew rate of color data applied to a panel by using an existing signal without generating an additional signal. CONSTITUTION: A source driver circuit of a TFT LCD for reducing a slew rate includes a data latch portion(380), a switch buffer portion(390), and an output control portion(395). The data latch portion(380) receives and stores color data in response to a main clock signal and outputs the stored color data in response to the first signal. The switch buffer portion(390) receives the color data from the data latch portion(380) and applies the color data to a panel in response to the second signal. The output control portion(395) generates the first signal and the second signal in response to the main clock signal, a polarity inversion signal, and the first clock signal.
