PURPOSE: A dyeing method of natural yarn is characterized by using indigo plant and adding a natural antibacterial agent. The natural dyed yarn has deodorization, antibacterial property and color fastness. CONSTITUTION: The dyeing method of the natural yarn comprises the steps of: (S101) heating 50l of water to about 30deg.C; (S102) adding 200g of a strong alkali agent to heated water to dissolve; (S103) dissolving 500g of the indigo powder in an alkali aqueous solution and mixing 250g of a reducer to convert the indigo dyes into solubility; (S104) heating the converted indigo dyes to 80-90deg.C and maintaining the dyes for 20-30mins to ferment chemically; (S105) cooling the fermented indigo dyes to 30-35deg.C; (S106) adding 3wt.% of the natural antibacterial agent; (S107) putting the indigo dyes and 10kg of grey yarn into a dyeing machine to dye; and then (S108) washing and drying the dyed yarn. |
