The invention relates to an atraumatic device which is characterised in that it is in the style of a clamp (2) having two more or less parallel arms (2.1 - 2.2), one upper and one lower, said arms being articulated in relation to one another by means of a union flange (2.3) which takes the form of an open, elastically deformable collar. One section of the outward-facing arms is provided with a specific profile (2.7 - 2.8) that can be used for the perpendicular positioning, centring and holding of a surgical instrument necessary to a surgical procedure on a human organ. Said arms are arranged to enable the passage of a service part (1a) of the surgical instrument (1) for the corresponding operation. The inventive device is particularly suitable for obesity-related surgery. |
