<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system efficiently utilizing moisture in exhaust gas in moistening reaction gas. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell system has a fuel cell 6 formed by stacking a plurality of unit cells 3 and generating power with supplied reaction gas; and a water absorbing material arranged on the supply side and the exhaust side of reaction gas; and a change over means for changing over the flow direction of the reaction gas supplied to the unit cell 3. As the change over means, three- way valves 20, 21, and 22 are used, the flow direction of the reaction gas is changed over by combining the on-off of the three-way valves, and moisture recovered with the water absorber in the exhaust side is utilized in moistening on supply side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
