摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system, an image forming apparatus and an image processing program for increasing the speed of decoding processing by simplifying production processing of a frame when it is considered that requirements of high level image quality are less in the decoding processing of a moving picture.

SOLUTION: The image processing system is provided wherein a decoding processing section 35 calculates second differential approximate data being an approximate value of second difference data on the basis of first difference data in the case of producing second difference decoding image data and carries out the decode processing on the basis of the second difference approximate data and reference decoding image data to produce second difference decoding approximate image data being an approximate value of the second difference decoded image data.
