<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generation system, program and information storage medium capable of performing a magnification-changed display (e.g. zoom display) of high quality with a minimized data quantity. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of key frame images differed in the magnification of a process for enlarging a given original image.
