<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station supervisory system wherein a host supervisory facility can remotely perform maintenance/operation management of a mobile phone base station facility without the need for using an exclusive tool or utilizing a public line. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile phone base station facility 1 and a host supervisory facility 2 are interconnected by only a leaded line 7. Using the functions of a WWW server installed in a management workstation 6 of the host supervisory facility 2, a Web browser references the internal information of the mobile phone base station facility 1. Further, on the occurrence of a fault in the mobile phone base station facility 1, an electronic mail server function provided to the management workstation 6 makes the management workstation 6 to spontaneously report the details of the fault. Moreover, the management workstation 6 is provided with a script for fault countermeasures to automatically stop or limit the operation of the mobile phone base station facility 1 in which the fault takes place.
