SOLUTION: When a centralized supervisory apparatus 3 connected to a transmitter 2 via a network N requests the transmitter 2 to make a state display, the apparatus 3 transmits a notice request signal to request the selected transmitter 2 to make a state notice, the notice request signal is outputted to a controller 21, a transmitter 23 outputs a voice signal to a receiver 25 according to the notice request signal, and the controller 21 transmits the state notice signal indicative of an operation state of the transmitter 2 depending on the presence of the voice signal confirmation signal from the receiver 25 to the centralized supervisory apparatus 3 via a communication unit 26 and the network N.
