<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a speech input and output device which has good operability for a user of on-vehicle equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A screen display device sets a direct command for directly inputting an operation of the on-vehicle equipment in voice to a layer above a hierarchy command indicating relation with operation contents in stages and displays command input.
