PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the solidified matter of waste toners permitting easy secondary treatment by easily and exactly treating and fabricating the waste toners without utilizing specific and intricate apparatus and process steps. SOLUTION: The method and apparatus for treating the waste toners consists of a process step of storing and supplying the waste toners; a process step of filling the waste toners into a pot; a process step of heating the waste toners by spending the specified time at≥200°C until resins melt; then a process step of cooling and solidifying the waste toners down to ordinary temperature; and a process step of taking the solidified waste toners out of the pot.
