PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield sheet which has an excellent electromagnetic wave shield performance and can stick to a shielding surface by an excellent adhesive strength, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave shield sheet has a conductive part 10 between an electromagnetic wave shield pattern A formed on one surface 102 of a base material 1 having ink permeability and an electromagnetic wave shield pattern B formed on the other surface 103 of the base material 1, and is formed with an electromagnetic wave shield pattern C of a lattice-like shape by the electromagnetic wave shield pattern A and the electromagnetic wave shield pattern B. At this time, it is preferable that (1) each of conductive inks 2 forming the electromagnetic wave shield patterns A, B permeates up to a half or more of a thickness of the base material 1, (2) the electromagnetic wave shield pattern A and the electromagnetic wave shield pattern B are shifted at a half pitch, and (3) an overall surface of the electromagnetic wave shield pattern C is shielded in plan view by the electromagnetic wave shield pattern A and the electromagnetic wave shield pattern B.
