TILE COATED WITH PRECIOUS METAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A tile coated with precious metal and the manufacturing method are provided to keep clean, hygienic, and comfortable environment, to secure energy reduction effect, and to reduce the cost. CONSTITUTION: A thin precious metal plate(1) is manufactured. A reinforcing plate(2) is attached to the inside of the precious metal plate. The thickness of the precious metal plate is 0.05mm¯0.09mm. The thickness of the reinforcing plate is 0.5mm¯1mm. A coating layer(4) is formed on the surface of the precious metal plate and a vinyl protective film(5) is detachably formed on the surface of the layer. Pressing the precious metal plate and the reinforcing plate forms embossed portions(3). A wing piece(6) is bent on the rim of the precious metal plate and the reinforcing plate, and uneven grooves(7) and protrusions(8) are formed to a corresponding wing piece.
