METHOD FOR IMPROVING VIEWING ANGLE OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY, APPARATUS FOR IMPROVING VIEWING ANGLE USING THE SAME, AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for improving a viewing angle of a liquid crystal display, an apparatus for improving a viewing angle using the same, and a liquid crystal display using the same are provided to improve characteristics of the viewing angle by minimizing change width of brightness. CONSTITUTION: Light is generated and is provided to the twisted nematic liquid crystal having the major axis and the minor axis(S1). The light having passed through the twisted nematic liquid crystal is divided into first light having first brightness, second light having second brightness lower than the first brightness, and third light having third brightness lower than the second brightness according to characteristics of the twisted nematic liquid crystal(S2). Part of the first light having the most abundant intensity of radiation is reflected toward the third light short of the intensity of radiation to substantially equalize the first brightness, second brightness, and third brightness(S3).
