<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment information management method and its program capable of providing service according to accurate information about a product purchased by a customer. <P>SOLUTION: At the time that the customer purchases the electronic equipment, an IC card R/W shop terminal 40 records product information of the electronic equipment and the customer information to an IC card 20. An IC card R/W shop terminal 41 reads the IC card 20 and displays the product information and the customer information for a service provider who gives a piece of advice and the like about the product to the customer according to the information. In the case that the customer requests trade-in, purchase by the shop, maintenance and the like of the product, request data according to the product information and the customer information of the IC card 20 are transmitted to a control computer 31. The control computer 31 transmits a cargo booking order data to a terminal 42 of a transporter according to the request data.
