PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power unit where an arithmetic circuit is integrated without causing the enlargement of the unit as a whale. SOLUTION: This power unit is provided with a power circuit storage chamber A and an arithmetic circuit storage chamber B isolated from each other by a barrier plate, and boards 7 and 8 for power circuits and a board 12 for an arithmetic circuit are stored severally in the storage chambers A and B, and the board 8 for a power circuit and a board 12 for the arithmetic circuit are connected with each other by connectors through the barrier plate between the power circuit storage chamber A and the arithmetic circuit storage chamber B.
