PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for alarming heat generation at the terminal part of a breaker by which an abnormality can be known, without opening a door on a near-by panel, even if away from a panel to which the abnormality occurs, and that can be mounted on existing panels without needing particular wirings to each panel. SOLUTION: Alarming units 1, having power line carrier wave transmitting and receiving functions are connected to each terminal part of the primary and secondary sides of the breakers 3 mounted inside the panel 2 by a plurality of connection wires 5 to monitor a communicated carrier wave form. If abnormal heat generation is made to occur in the terminal part by insufficient tightening of the terminal part of the breakers 3, this abnormality is detected from the carrier wave form. When the abnormality is detected, alarm is given by an alarming means, e.g. a buzzer or a lamp 7, provided on each alarm unit, and an alarm signal is transmitted by the power line carriers system to raise alarm from the alarming unit 1 of the panel 2 placed at a different position.
