PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process received data requiring real time processing and important received data with high priority. SOLUTION: A data processing section 61 detects a PID from the header information attached to an MPEG 2 TS packet, writes the packet to a data storage section 63 while re-building up the packet in the unit of sections, and writes information such as the PID and an address of the written sections to a storage data information storage section 63 when the write of one section is finished. When data transfer is requested from a buffer section 26 and a section whose re-building is completed exists in a data storage section 62, a data processing section 61 detects the PID of the section stored in the data storage section 63 and confirms the priority by each PID from a priority information unit 64.
