PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel magnetic shield composition having characteristics such as being easy to use, effective in preventing radio frequency interference, superior in absorption characteristics in a broad band and all aspects, flexible, thin, light, durable and the like. SOLUTION: The magnetic shield composition comprises at least one kind of soft magnetic particles, a macromolecular material, and a volatile solvent. The soft magnetic particle shall be mixed within a range of 80-95 wt.% relative to weight against total amount of the macromolecular material and the soft magnetic particle, while the total amount of the soft magnetic particle and the macromolecular material shall be within the range of 40 to 80 wt.% against the weight of the magnetic shield composition.
