PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method preventing from information reproduction by a leakage electromagnetic wave, which prevents from external information reproduction by the leakage electromagnetic wave without emitting an interference radio wave, and prevents from cost increase due to a leakage countermeasure of the electromagnetic wave. SOLUTION: It is characterized to include an output process for outputting an information (transmission signal) to an information receiver (display device 3), synchronizing to a synchronized signal from an information processing device 2, and a changing process for changing synchronized frequency of the synchronized signal in a range where the information receiver can follow.
