PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce contents even with offline by issuing an electronic ticket and to reproduce the contents even by the other contents reproducing device by moving the electronic ticket.

SOLUTION: The electronic ticket control part 9 of the contents reproducing device 3 acquires the electronic ticket 10 with a decoding key from an electronic ticket control device 2. The contents encipherment part 4 of a contents distribution device 1 enciphers the contents, and distributes the contents from a contents distribution part 5 to the contents reproducing part 8 of the contents reproducing device 3. In the contents reproducing device 3, the contents reproducing part 8 acquires the decoding key included in the electronic ticket 10 from the electronic ticket control part 9, and decodes the decoding key by using a secret key. The contents reproducing part 8 decodes the enciphered contents by using the enciphered decoding key and reproduces the decoded contents. The electronic ticket control part 9 reports the reproduction history of the contents to the electronic ticket control device 2. A reproduction history control part 7 performs an accounting based on the reported reproduction history.
