PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formation and delivery system for an exclusive card such as a greeting card in which facial portraits of individual transmitters are not formed with individual users as model, but can be selected from patterns preliminarily contained in a device (terminal or server) by each user. SOLUTION: This system comprises a plurality of facial patterns and facial components (eyes, mouth, nose, eyebrows, hair style, outline, mole, etc.), to be arranged on the facial patterns, which are preliminarily prepared, a selecting means for selecting one facial pattern and one each of the components, a storage means for holding a facial image generated on the basis of the selected ones, a card generation means for generating a card, and a means for associating the facial image stored by the storage means to the card generated by the card generation means.
