PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any spam mail or annoying mail from being stored in a mail server or the like. SOLUTION: A general classification means 12 classifies all received electronic mails into reliable electronic mails, unreliable electronic mails, and reliable or unclear electronic mails based on a predetermined general classification rule. An individual classification means 13 classifies the received electronic mails into the reliable electronic mails and the unreliable electronic mails based on the predetermined individual classification rule for each user of the electronic mail destination. A storing means 15 stores only the electronic mails which are not classified into the unreliable electronic mails among the received electronic mails based on the general classification rule or individual classification rule.
