PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the using efficiency of processors by avoiding a competition in the sharing of a resource by a plurality of processors. SOLUTION: When a request signal is generated by a read command of resister, and a resource is in a usable state, a signal showing the usable state of the resource is returned, and a resistor 23 is transferred to a processor using state. When the resource is used in another processor, the request signal is held in request holding circuits 22A-22C. A release signal is generated by a write-in command of resistor, the resistor 23 is written to a resource non-used state by the release signal. If the request signal is held when the resource is released, the resistor is transferred to the processor using state corresponding to the held request signal, and it is reported by an interruption signal that the resource has been made usable.
