PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail transfer system capable of distributing a publicity and advertisement even to an unregistered individual in addition to a preregistered individual. SOLUTION: This e-mail transfer system has transferor terminals 3-1 to 3-n, and an e-mail transfer server 4. The transferor terminals 3-1 to 3-n and the e-mail transfer server 4 are connected to a network 5. The transferor terminals 3-1 to 3-n transfer dummy mail 20 related to main mail 10 in order. The e-mail transfer server 4 transmits the main mail 10 to the transferor terminals 3-1 to 3-n when determining that a transmission condition is satisfied in response to transfer of the dummy mail 10.
