<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-density compression formed material of 85% in density as an air-core cylindrical nano-crystal magnetic formed material. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical convergence shock wave is given to an amorphous foil wound around a core member to compress and solidify it, and heat treatment is applied thereto for nano-crystallization. Thus, a high-density compression formed material made of air-core cylindrical nano-crystal magnetic body of 85% in relative density can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
