<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load driver which can properly drive various kinds of electric loads in a vehicle mounting a high-voltage power source. <P>SOLUTION: A load driver (20) is equipped with a first DC/DC converter (22), a second DC/DC converter (24), and a rectifier (25). The first DC/DC converter (22) converts a high DC voltage outputted from the power source (10) of the vehicle into a first low DC voltage which is lower than the high DC voltage, and supplies the power of the first low DC voltage to first electric loads (L1 and L2), which have large power consumption ripples, via a first low voltage power line (21). The second DC/DC converter (24) converts the high DC voltage into a second DC voltage which is slightly lower than the first DC voltage, and supplies the power of the second DC voltage to second electric loads (ECU1-ECU6), which are substantially constant in power consumption, via a second low voltage line (23). The rectifier (25) allows power to be supplied from the first DC/DC converter (22) to the second electric loads (ECU1-ECU6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
