<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for making a loading plan that maintains appropriate stock by reflecting a sales situation, etc., of merchandise and improves the efficiency of loading work in loading merchandise in an automatic vending machine. <P>SOLUTION: A loading interval (A) is calculated by using a money collection parameter (S103), and a loading interval (B) is calculated from the actual sales results (S104). The shorter loading interval adopted from between the both loading intervals is defined as a loading interval (S105). Then, an ordering point is determined by a prescribed formula (S108), and a loading day is determined on the basis of the ordering point (S109).
