PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film label which is coated with a delayed tack glue and can be easily peeled in recycling of a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottle. SOLUTION: The label which can be peeled without allowing the glue and ink to remain on an adherend and facilitates recycling of the PET bottle, etc., is provided by using the delayed tack glue which is set weaker in the strength of adhesion to the PET bottle and stronger than the strength to permit holding of the label at the adherend, is easily peeled by hot water and hot alkali and sustains tacky adhesiveness. As a result, the film label which is not only usable as the conventional cylindrical label but makes various applications, such as partial sticking or point seals, possible is provided.
