ETHERNET(R) LINE ACCOMMODATION METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize interference prevention with another user due to random abandonment, the priority abandonment of each user, the minimum band guarantee of each user, inter-user surplus band sharing, and inter-user interference prevention in address solution in a public large-scaled wide band IP network when a user makes connection to the network by using the Ethernet line.

SOLUTION: An Ethernet accommodation device 14 is connected to an IP network 100. Scheduler parts 73 and 83 of the Ethernet housing device 14 are made to execute the scheduling and abandonment of frames of each subscriber.
