PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency lamp lighting device for lighting a lamp by using a commercial AC power source even when abnormal temperature rise occurs. SOLUTION: A voltage detector 20 for detecting DC voltage in an AC-DC converting circuit 15 is provided, a relay driving circuit 21 for driving a relay 22 is provided, a charging circuit 23 for charging DC voltage from a switching power circuit 19 into a battery 10 through a diode 24 is provided, a diode is provided between the switching power circuit 19 and a relay coil 22a, and a diode 27 is provided between an emergency lighting circuit 8 and the battery 10.
