SOLUTION: In performing two-way communication via the Internet N between a first terminal Pa imparted with a private address and a second terminal Pb imparted with a global address, the first terminal Pa performs connection to the second terminal Pb at a prescribed time Ts interval, and the second terminal Pb monitors the presence/absence of data to be transmitted to the first terminal Pa, and when the data are generated, the second terminal Pb executes the transmission processing of the data to the first terminal Pa when the connection is performed by the first terminal Pa.
