PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact functional connector that has a function of capacitor connector and also a function of resistor connector. SOLUTION: A capacitor chip is fixed extending astride a first terminal 7 and a dummy terminal 4 and a resistor chip 2 is fixed extending astride another terminal (5 or 6) which is different from the above first terminal 7 or the dummy terminal 4 and the above dummy terminal 4. While the capacitor chip 1 and resistor chip 2 are connected in series, as a circuit, and while part of each terminal is protruded outside, respectively, the terminal part which is not protruded outside, the capacitor chip, and the resistor chip are resin- molded in one body.
