PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the invasion detection apparatus which permits a sufficient intimidation effect by generating a different alarm at a suitable timing according to the behaviour of an invader H in a watch area. SOLUTION: As for an object to be secured, a plurality of watch areas A1-A4 from the farther to the closer are provided. This apparatus comprises a plurality of sensor parts 8 and 9 for detecting the invader H within each of the watch areas A1-A4, a voice generator 29, and an alarm generating part 23 in which a first alarm is generated from the voice generator 29 when detection takes place in one sensor part 8 of the sensor parts 8 and 9, after the detection in the one sensor part 8, when detection takes place at least in the other sensor part 9 during a first predetermined time T1, a second alarm which is different from the first alarm is generated from the voice generator 29.
