PURPOSE: A hinge assembly of a flat typed display device is provided to make assembling easy and to make a center of a rotation shaft of the hinge assembly accord with a center shaft of the rotation movement of a monitor. CONSTITUTION: The rotation shaft(30) is perpendicularly fixed to a base plate(1). A lower part of a rotating bracket(20) is inserted into the rotation shaft(30), and one side of the rotation bracket(20) is joined to the monitor. Pressing parts(45,46) are frictionally contacted with a lower surface of the rotating bracket(20) by inserting into the rotation shaft(30), and press the rotation bracket(20) against the base plate(1). A stopper(50) restricts the rotation of the rotating bracket(20) by joining to one side of the base plate(1).
