<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doctor's question determination method and doctor's question determination system capable of accurately and easily diagnosing a state of an object desired by a user by a small number of interview items. <P>SOLUTION: Objects to be required for determination by the user are displayed in a user terminal so they can be selected. A plurality of doctor's question items regarding the selected object are presented to the user via the user terminal. When the user replies to the doctor's question items via the user terminal, a reply to the doctor's question items is analyzed on the basis of predetermined parameters and reasoning processes by a doctor's question determination means, the state of the object required for determination by the user is determined, and the state of the object required for determination by the user is presented to the user via the user terminal on the basis of a determination result.
