<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer management system, and a customer list renewing method capable of efficiently using information of an already existing separate customer list. <P>SOLUTION: A Web server 10, a mail server 12, and a database server 14 are arranged. Customer terminals 16A, 16B, etc., are respectively arranged in respective customers. The customer terminals 16A, 16B, etc., can be connected to the Web server 10 via the Internet 18. A controller terminal 20 is arranged for controlling a customer list of the database server 14. Basic systems 22, 24, and 26 exist as a conventional customer management system. The database server 14 is provided with a basic system customer list 14b of copying customer lists 22a, 24a, and 26a of the basic systems 22, 24, and 26 separately from a customer list 14a of this system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
