PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique to change the contents to be visually recognized of a picture while suppressing power consumption. SOLUTION: A sheet 205 wherein symbols such as '○', '▵', and two Chinese characters expressing 'information', the pattern of clouds, and two lines expressing a horizon are arranged respectively as fixed patterns S1-6 is adhered on a front surface panel 203 which is attached to the display surface 201 of a display device 102. Two fish patterns M1 and M2 are display patterns to be displayed when the display device 102 turns on a display element 202. The display patterns are displayed, and one of the fixed patterns S1-6 is changed in color to be visually recognized. Thus, display contents to be visually recognized by a user are variously changed.
