PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay easy to manufacture and assemble and excellent in shock resistance. SOLUTION: A cross-sectionally nearly U-shaped pressing spring 65 is mounted at a center part of one surface of a movable iron piece 60 so as to intercross with it. Support projections 66 positioned at both ends of the pressing spring 65 are respectively fitted into a pair of positioning cut-out parts 75b formed on a spool 74 to rotatably support the iron piece 60.
