PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk cartridge in which a label surface of a disk is exposed, a cartridge main body housing a disk is made thin, the play of the disk in the state of housing the disk is eliminated and dust is prevented from sticking to the disk. SOLUTION: The disk cartridge comprises: the cartridge main body 10 including a disk housing part 10d having a disk opening part and a bottom part and housing the disk with first and second surfaces in a rotatable state, a chucking opening part and a head opening part provided on the bottom part of the disk housing part so that a head accesses the second surface of the disk; a first shutter 21 rotated with the center of the chucking opening part as a rotary axis; and a second shutter 22 whose rotary axis is a part other than the center of the chucking opening part, the first shutter 21 and the second shutter 22 being for opening or closing the head opening part of the outside in cooperation with each other.
