Fortification of foodstuff with a blend of calcium carbonate, calcium lactate and glucuronic acid

A fortified milk or dairy based food stuff comprises a fortifying amount of a source of calcium consisting of a balanced blend of calcium lactate and calcium carbonate stabilized with a source of glucuronic acid. Also described is a process fro preparing the fortified milk or dairy based food stuff. Preferably the source of glucuronic acid is gum Arabic.
