A composition contains modified organosiloxanes having the formula (I) [SiO4/2]d[MeSiO3/2]e[O1/2SiMe2Q]g wherein: f is 0 to 50; d is 0 to 2; e is 0 to 3; if the siloxane is not cyclic g = 2+e+2d; if the siloxane is cyclic g is 0 and f ³ 1; e+d+f+g = 2 to 50 if the siloxane is not cyclic and 4-8 if the siloxane is cyclic; Q is amino alkoxylate of formula -BN[BO(CaH2aO)bR1]2-zTz or R2 with at least one of Q not being R2; each A is 2 to 4 and each b is 2 to 15; each B is an optionally OH substituted divalent hydrocarbon group; z is 0 or 1; R1 is H or hydrocarbon; R2 is polyether of formula -BO(CaH2aO)cR1, H or alkyl; c is 0 to 15 and T is an univalent organic moiety.
