<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission planning method and a transmission planning system for allowing a post-analysis of a plan and evaluation. <P>SOLUTION: When making the plan, a planner has a step of forming a higher quality plan by making a comparison by simulating an effect when executing respective actions by using an actual world simulator for selecting one from a plurality of selectable action candidates, a step of recording a change in an external environment on a log file when executing the plan, a step of determining the best plan by using the log file 18 obtained at execution time as scenario data to the actual world simulator by using the best planner part composed of a planner engine 12, a knowledge base 13, and the actual world simulator 14 after execution, and a step of executing the post-analysis of the plan and the evaluation by comparing the best plan with the preformed plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
