WASHING SYSTEM FOR COIN LAUNDRY AND METHOD FOR INFORMING OF OPERATION STATE OF THE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of informing a user of the operating states of respective washing machines even when the user is at home or out the home.

SOLUTION: A master machine 1A acquires the operation states of respective washing/drying machines 1 arranged in a store and stores the acquired states as operation state information and a controller 9 recognizes instruction information from a user 6 requiring the use of a washing machine and communicably connected through a public telephone line 5. When the recognized instruction information is vacancy inquiry information inquiring the vacant states of washing machines, the master machine 1A informs the user 6 of the existence of vacant washing/drying machines 1 and scheduled end time of respective machines 1A based on the operation state information through at least one line in cooperation with the controller 9 by means of sound. Thereby the user 6 can check the vacant states of respective washing machines from the external only by calling a coin laundry store.
