PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an XML data communication technique facilitating a mounting and enabling the general handling of XML data. SOLUTION: A definition file in which the definition of a predetermined structure is described by use of a markup language is generated. The definition file is converted to a program file and header file described in a high-level language. A user program including the header file, which is described in the high-level language, is generated. The program file and the user program is compiled to generate an executable object.
