PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal for evaluation which is used for conveying the contents of evaluation to a person receiving the evaluation, is pasted to an article to be handed over to the person receiving the evaluation and prevents the contents of the evaluation from being easily known to the person receiving the evaluation. SOLUTION: The seal for evaluation has a base material layer 3 which is provided with a tacky adhesive layer 5 on its under surface and is displayed with the contents 6a of the evaluation on its top surface and an invisible-through hiding layer 4 which is weakly and peelably glued to the base material layer 3 above this layer and is provided with marks 9a suggesting the contents 6a of the evaluation on the upper surface. The seal for evaluation is so formed that the hiding layer 4 peels off to make the contents 6a of the evaluation visible when a peeling force is imparted to the hiding layer 4 in the state of sticking the seal to the article by means of the tacky adhesive layer 5.
